In 2003, Dr. Naidu was honored with a Gold Medal for his Bachelor of Dentistry, along with the Best Community Dental Student Trophy. He furthered his expertise by completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Orthodontics in 2005.

In 2007, Dr. Naidu transitioned to private practice, where he became more involved in fixed prosthodontics, leading to his special interest in dental implants.

Since 2020, Dr. Naidu has served as the President of the Fiji Dental Association. He also held the position of Vice President Regional of the Commonwealth Dental Association Pacific/Australasia branch from 2022, and in 2024, he was elected President of the Commonwealth Dental Association.

With over 20 years of dental experience and numerous memberships in associations related to Implantology and Orthodontics, Dr. Naidu is a highly respected , sought-after professional in his field by patients and colleagues to share knowledge and experience. 

Dr. Naidu has a strong interest in dental implants, orthodontics, digital dentistry, fixed crowns, and bridges. He is committed to providing the highest quality dental care to his patients and continually seeks to enhance his knowledge and skills.

Coming from a family of medical professionals, including his late father, Dr. Avinash C. Naidu, a renowned general medical practitioner in Sigatoka, Dr. Naidu’s background has instilled in him a passion for medicine and excellence from a young age. He continually works with numerous charity organisations and committees to give help to the community and his country .

Dr. Naidu’s staff and clients often praise his down-to-earth attitude, modest demeanor, and exceptional restorative work. He values active communication with patients to dispel myths and believes in evidence-based treatment. He is committed to continuing education and staying updated on the latest developments in dentistry.

His busy practice schedule, which includes handling referrals from colleagues, exemplifies his strong relationships within the dental community. As the current President of the Fiji Dental Association and the Commonwealth Dental Association , he is dedicated to managing the affairs of the dentists in Fiji and the entire Commonwealth Nations .

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Naidu proudly embraces his "geek" label, enjoying time with family and friends. His hobbies include reading, watching movies, with a particular love for science fiction ,computers and digital technology . He is also passionate about food nutrition , and maintaining  fitness and health.
