Appointments

For good relationships mutual understanding is the basic importance that we encourage you to understand the nature of our office policies related to appointments.

We have more patients who DEMAND care than we have room in our daily schedule to
provide. This policy is our attempt to ensure that both you and our other patients receive the care that you need.

Appointment Policy

1 .New , Walk-in and Emergencies

Appointments Required: Please book an appointment for all treatments, except emergencies. Walk-ins are seen as time allows and may not be first-come, first-served. We strive to see everyone promptly and will inform you of any changes.

Emergency?: Walk in or call us ASAP. We’ll do our best to see you quickly, but if we can’t, we’ll refer you to a specialist or emergency center.

2. Broken Appointments

Your Appointment Matters: We reserve your appointment time just for you. If you can’t make it, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice (before 9 am Friday for Monday appointments) to avoid fees. For longer appointments, more notice may be needed.

Deposits: Sometimes, we may ask for a deposit for longer appointments. This helps us prepare and allows you to spread out the cost. Deposits are fully refundable with 48 hours’ notice.

3. Priority List

Some patients, due to their work , life health, etc., just do not know until the last minute if they will be able to keep their appointment. If this happens , we keep a list of patients that can come on short notice when time becomes available. Please advise the staff if you would like to be on this list. If you are contacted when a short-notice appointment is available, you may accept the appointment or decline. If you decline, we will try again at a later date.

4. Inadequate Time to Complete Treatment

Same-Day Appointments: These can be tricky if we’re already booked. Sometimes, due to complications or extra treatment needs, we might not have enough time to finish everything. Weather and other delays are out of our control. We do our best to schedule enough time for your needs, but please understand if we can’t complete all treatments at once. We’ll address your dental needs as quickly as possible.

5. Referrals

Comprehensive Care: We handle most dental procedures here, including same-day walk-ins and appointments. We also accept referrals from other dentists. If needed, we may refer you to a specialist we trust for excellent care. Referrals are based on your dental needs, not network or cost factors. We can’t determine if a specialist is in your dental plan or what their costs might be.

6. Guests in Treatment Areas

Guest Policy: Only one guest is allowed in the treatment area. Please arrange childcare as we can’t provide supervision.

Sedation Appointments: Due to space and safety, guests must wait in the waiting room during sedation treatments.
